The App is total garbage - auth process fails constantly

The Ticketmaster App (Android) is entirely unreliable, auth process constantly gets stuck in a loop, even brand new devices with a brand new app install have the issues.

just had transferred ticket disappear immediately I accepted it.

Would have given it ZERO stars if I could.

I now routinely take pictures of any TM tickets because the app is total and utter garbage

The number I rang was just for the Australian Open. There's other things happening in the world.

Went to the Cold Chisel concert in Melbourne, paid nearly $300 per ticket, travelled from interstate and the view was of the screen around the stage, couldn't see anything, if you tried to look at where the guys were all you could see was the scaffolding towers holding the circus tent up! Have contacted ticketmaster several times via all their contact me options, even through messenger. They are looking into it was the last reply on Sunday, it's now Thursday afternoon and still no response, messenger keeps telling me "looking into it" Shouldn't be that hard I sent copies of tickets, photos from our seats, seat numbers and emails...

I bought 4 tickets for a show, which I could not use, so gifted these to friends. A simple process became such a circus!

I live in Canberra the show was in Sydney I was gifting the tickets to friends in Sydney a very straightforward transaction, one should think.

Firstly, my tickets werent showing on the app.

I was told they could be printed off at the box office on the day, if the following were shown:

- my photo ID or, if I wasnt collecting, a letter of authority to collect tickets

- order number was presented

- the credit card used to purchase the tickets

I explained that I wasnt comfortable about posting my credit card to friends for a start, I needed it!

And secondly, there wasnt time to arrange this as the show was a couple of days later.

I had the same response as in the previous message the above list of documents needed!

I emailed again and then NO RESPONSE!

Eventually I called Capitol Theatre, who sorted the matter out in two seconds and apologised. Apparently thats something they have to do on a regular basis!

I will never use Ticketmaster again.

I purchased commemorative tickets for Pearl Jam that were supposed to be mailed. Because the concert has been and gone I can't enable the chat function in my account because 'You have no current tickets'.

I have emailed help and all I get are copy and paste answers telling me that my tickets will appear on my phone just before the event. I keep asking the 'help centre' to read my query before replying and the final answer was to contact 'Pearl Jam'. The tickets are THROUGH TICKETMASTER!!! Ticketmaster are responsible for sending these out.

I call the accessible hotline, because that's the ONLY phone number available in Australia, and they give option 1 if the call is about anything other than accessible tickets. It goes to a voice recording telling me to 'log in, select my tickets and it will enable the chat function '.

Bottom line, if you don't have current tickets you can't get help. Terrible, evasive, customer service.

Attempted to purchase concert tickets, on the final page after it was processing it said my transaction had timed out. Went back in and purchased new seats, only to find that the original ones had also been charged despite the page saying it had timed out!

No phone number to contact anyone, just a generic form which only has limited characters you can put in. will be taking this further if not refunded for the double charge

I have reached out on about 20 occasions using their 'Email Us' service through the app. Each time, I get exactly the same response, no matter my inquiry.

I have asked if someone can call me to discuss my issue with getting access to my account, as a 'Your Session Has Been Temporarily Suspended' message keeps appearing that I cannot get past. All they ask for is the order and payment details. I just want to download my tickets to my wallet on my phone.

How hard is it to refresh my account in the background, or provide some practical, clear instructions? I am very disappointed in their customer service, which is non-existent.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service!!!

We purchased tickets to a concert months ago. Upon trying to open my Ticketmaster account I was asked to reset my password.

Upon clicking on the relevant button I was told that a code was being sent to the email address connected to the account. No code was received. I tried this on several occasions to no avail. Bottom line, I cannot access my account.

There was a Ticketmaster phone number I found, 136100, but all gets is Thank you for contacting Ticketmaster. Out contact centre is currently closed. Our new operating hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM seven days a week. If your event is taking place today, please visit the box office for assistance.

Then the call is disconnected!! I called that number 5 times between 9.00am and 5.00pm today (Monday). Seriously?

There is no other Ticketmaster telephone number available anywhere. The contact us section of the website forces you into a loop and the advice is to access your account, which of course I cannot do.

The only means of contact is via a lengthy online form that asks for a whole lot of irrelevant information.

I havent heard back for two days and the event is approaching fast!!! How frustrating!

Disgraceful customer service

Bought 3 tickets on Ticketmaster for Greenday concert in Melbourne. Unfortunately we now cannot attend but I am unable to re-sell tickets because according to Ticketmaster the event organiser has locked them for resale.

They cannot provide any help even though there are a number of other people that have similar tickets for sale on tixel. Cant speak to anyone and just keep getting sent standard reply emails.

Ticketmaster operates just like a scam site. Do not use them.
