Went to the Cold Chisel concert in Melbourne, paid nearly $300 per ticket, travelled from interstate and the view was of the screen around the stage, couldn't see anything, if you tried to look at where the guys were all you could see was the scaffolding towers holding the circus tent up! Have contacted ticketmaster several times via all their contact me options, even through messenger. They are looking into it was the last reply on Sunday, it's now Thursday afternoon and still no response, messenger keeps telling me "looking into it" Shouldn't be that hard I sent copies of tickets, photos from our seats, seat numbers and emails...

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They provided information that assisted with access to their site
I have reached out on about 20 occasions using their 'Email Us' service through the app. Each time, I get exactly the same response, no matter my inquiry.
I have asked if someone can call me to discuss my issue with getting access to my account, as a 'Your Session Has Been Temporarily Suspended' message keeps appearing that I cannot get past. All they ask for is the order and payment details. I just want to download my tickets to my wallet on my phone.
How hard is it to refresh my account in the background, or provide some practical, clear instructions? I am very disappointed in their customer service, which is non-existent.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service!!!
We purchased tickets to a concert months ago. Upon trying to open my Ticketmaster account I was asked to reset my password.
Upon clicking on the relevant button I was told that a code was being sent to the email address connected to the account. No code was received. I tried this on several occasions to no avail. Bottom line, I cannot access my account.
There was a Ticketmaster phone number I found, 136100, but all gets is Thank you for contacting Ticketmaster. Out contact centre is currently closed. Our new operating hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM seven days a week. If your event is taking place today, please visit the box office for assistance.
Then the call is disconnected!! I called that number 5 times between 9.00am and 5.00pm today (Monday). Seriously?
There is no other Ticketmaster telephone number available anywhere. The contact us section of the website forces you into a loop and the advice is to access your account, which of course I cannot do.
The only means of contact is via a lengthy online form that asks for a whole lot of irrelevant information.
I havent heard back for two days and the event is approaching fast!!! How frustrating!
What a terrible business model.

It's nothing short of *** disgraceful that Ticketmaster don't have a customer help emergency phone number.
I don't book nearly as many events to go and see because of this.
Because people spend so much money on tickets and events, the Government should regulate and make them accountable to be able to have a person to speak to live.

All I'm trying to do is collect a ticket from you, one that was sent to me. Ref GA0006-GA4-37 to Bob Woods b54woods@***.com.
I have to set up an account. I have been trying for 4 days and when it comes to loading a verification number for the email, it just freezes. No phone contact? Your system is just not good enough and is a rip-off.
Send me a ticket asap; the next step is the ACCC and Consumer Affairs Victoria. Again, not good enough - you need some opposition to make you lift your game. My details are Bob Woods, 15 Hope Way, Cowes Vic 3922. The ticket is for General Admission for the Moto GP.
Please send me my ticket asap and send an email to b54woods@***.com with the shipping/supply details.

Cannot contact for help
My 53 year old wife was lifted over a fence her skirt riding right up and bent well over. She was forcefully removed for intoxication but never had a drink.
When I got to her and asked what's wrong I too was removed.
Two young people who seen it asked them to settle down and they were removed. Tried for refund but they want $66.

Where are the HUMANS???
I booked three tickets to John Bishop but there was a technical error and the page did not confirm my booking, it just went blank, so I thought that the booking had not gone through. I booked the tickets again.
Then later I got confirmation of the first three tickets. This technical issue was not my fault. I want a refund for the first three tickets. Have you ever tried to contact Ticketmaster?
The website is useless when it comes to refunds, you can't even talk to a bot. You are told to click on the Need Help With My Order button but there is no button with that name on it. The phone number "is now closed" so you can't speak to anyone. And they have my money.
Mmm.
Is this customer-centric? I don't think so

Absolutely dumb founded how a website can be so useless
Just want to change my email, when I attempt to change it they have an automatic message stating you need customer support as we have restricted people changing emails ???
One thing that they don't have is customer support.

No Service
An enquiry from the government is needed for this thugs to provide proper customer service. They do not respond withing a reasonable period of time leading to customer losses.
Resolved: I sent an email and a form as I have to have major surgery on 2nd July when I have tickets for Grease in Perth and I asked if I could maybe transfer to a later date
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I emailed and also forwarded the form and did an online chat. I just want to be able to change dates, as on 2nd July, I will be in the hospital recovering from major surgery.
Ticketmaster has always been great, but I cannot seem to be able to speak to anyone or get any help. I am sorry to leave a negative review; I didn't know what else to do.

'Your Session Has Been Temporarily Suspended'
I have an event to go to tomorrow with 6 other government officials and none of them can get their tickets because the app keeps saying "Your Session Has Been Temporarily Suspended"
The event is tomorrow and the auto-generated response says "We are busy and won't respond for 48 hours". Who doesn't have a phone line for customers in emergency situations???
